Whether the water heater is replaced or the heating installation is upgraded, real estate users do not like doing without comfortably temperature-controlled water in the bathroom and the heating. Mobile heating units have regularly proven to be a temporary solution for this type of requirements. If they come from the market leader Hotmobil, they offer absolute planning security. Everything from a single source
Mobile heating units function as external solution providing heat when the existing installation has temporarily broken down. Thus, the users of real estate, such as tenants in a residential building or guests in a hotel, can keep enjoying the usual comfort of central heating, while the heating installers calmly carry out the required construction or repair measures. To this end, Hotmobil provides the desired unit on schedule at the place of use through its ten branch offices distributed throughout Germany. Hotmobil is prepared for all customer requests. Its product range starts with the mobile 15 kW electric unit, continues with the 55 kW Hotbox transportable by carrier, the classic 150 kW Hotmobil heating unit and on to the Hotmaster container having a capacity of up to 2,500 kW. The coordination is done by an experienced technical staff member from the Hotmobil leasing department. He/she will also take care of the proper installation and is the central contact person of the customer for all other questions regarding its use. This also includes, in addition to the offer and invoice, ordering a crane or organizing a road block, if necessary. This range of services applies equally to the rental of mobile chiller and steam units.

Security of supply
To ensure a quick reaction even in an emergency, the mobile heating units – whether designed as mobile trailer or transportable container – are equipped with an integrated oil tank. Depending on its power output, it has a capacity of between 720 and 2,000 liters. In addition to that, all units can be equally operated with liquefied gas or natural gas.

Operational safety
In general, all units are subjected to a maintenance and visual inspection directly after use, which is carried out by experienced Hotmobil engineers at ten sites throughout Germany. In this way, Hotmobil makes sure that faults are minimized during its next use. As a further safety measure, the service provider offers installing a fault signaling unit with remote data transmission. In the event of a problem, for example, the customer or the Hotmobil service engineer in charge receives a message about the condition of the unit on his mobile phone. This allows him to react immediately. This is available around the clock, all days of the year. Last but not least: The basic feature of the operational safety of the units coming from Gottmadingen is that they are equipped with proven brand name technology. The only products used are those from German and European brand name manufacturers.

Calculation security
Fair and transparent conditions are a matter of honor with Hotmobil. This is why invoicing is done on a daily basis – there are no minimum rental times with Hotmobil. Invoicing is usually based on the number of days used plus the previously specified lump sums for transport, commissioning and accessories, if necessary.
