Hotmobil expands its presence in Switzerland and Austria

Hotmobil, the leading rental specialist for mobile energy centers, is further expanding its activities in the DACH region. The representation in Switzerland, which has been active since 2018, is now to have its own branch in the canton of Schaffhausen. And Hotmobil now has a presence again in neighboring Austria, in the form of its own service base on Lake Neusiedl.

Demand for mobile solutions for heating, cooling or steam supplies on a rental basis is growing throughout Europe. The reasons are clear: the service ensures a great deal of flexibility and tremendous time savings with manageable and calculable costs. Whether in the event of the failure of permanently installed utilities, planned renovations or temporarily limited demand, the conversion of district heating lines or the guarantee of process energy in industry, mobile energy centers always ensure the continuity of existing supply commitments.

Richelene Frey (31), who has been responsible for the distribution of mobile energy centers in the Swiss market for two years, is pleased about the expansion of the Hotmobil site in Thayngen near Schaffhausen. "Having our own sales and service team in Switzerland means we are even closer to our customers and can optimally support them," she says.

Hotmobil had already been extremely successful in Austria since 2001, with its own independent sales partner in Salzburg. This partnership ended in October 2018. Now Hotmobil's success story continues in the Austrian market with its new base on Lake Neusiedl. Konstantin Neudecker (31) is the head of the new branch, and he and his team supply customers in Austria with Hotmobil's mobile heating, cooling and steam control centers.

"We are delighted to be developing our growth course beyond Germany's borders with the expansion of the two location teams in Austria and Switzerland. There has been tremendous potential for expansion in the market for mobile energy centers for many years. Last year alone, we invested seven million euros in the expansion of our rental park," managing director Bernd Becherer comments on current developments at Hotmobil.

Hotmobil Deutschland GmbH is based in Gottmadingen in southern Baden in Germany, and is a subsidiary of Mainova AG of Frankfurt am Main.
