Change in Hotmobil management board

Gottmadingen/Frankfurt, 03.08.2020. After three years, Rainer Notter (51) is stepping down from the management board of Hotmobil Deutschland GmbH effective 31.07.2020. His successor will be Uwe Kettner, who together with Bernd Becherer will form the new two-person management board of the company.

Notter is leaving the company, which is a member of the Mainova Group, at his own request, since he would like to work again as a consultant and is looking for new challenges. 
In his three years at the company, he made essential strategic decisions together with Becherer and contributed in this way to the economic success of Hotmobil. "Whether digitization, reorganization or renovation and relocation to the comapny's new headquarters – we completed important projects with Rainer Notter during this time and set the right direction for a successful future for Hotmobil. I thank him for the good cooperation and wish him well.", stated Bernd Becherer regarding Notter's departure.

Effective 01.08.2020. Uwe Kettner (60) will join the management board of Hotmobil Deutschland GmbH. He has worked at Mainova AG, Franfurt am Main, since 01.06.2010 and as assistant manager was responsible for controlling, accounting, finance & risk management. While retaining these functions, at Hotmobil he will assume responsibility for finance, personnel and IT. "Hotmobil has always been a strategically important integral part of the energy services business field in the Mainova Group. In my new position, I intend to contribute to the continued success of Hotmobil and address the challenges of the future together as a team.", says Uwe Kettner.

Bernd Becherer (58), who has been a managing director of Hotmobil Deutschland GmbH since 2018, will remain responsible for the areas of sales and marketing and effective 01.08.2020 assume responsibility for plant engineering and operations. "I look forward to my new activities in plant engineering, a key competence in the company.", commented Becherer regarding his new responsibilities.
Hotmobil Deutschland GmbH, which celebrated its 25th company anniversary this past year, has been a member of the Mainova family since 2010. The company currently employs 102 people at nine locations throughout Germany. Its rental fleet, which has grown significantly in recent years, now includes more than 1600 mobile power units.
